Used competitor brands in the past? No - Comments; Not in liquid form. Just in capsules or pills. These did not seem to work. I never noticed a difference in my health.
What health problems / symptoms were trying to eliminate by taking the WaterOz ionic minerals?
I have chronic excema. I also have very tight muscles. The magnesium along with exercise has improved my back stress 100%.

I wish the shipping charges were less. The only solution I suppose would be to have a warehouse on the East Coast.
